Meera

Stylist

Meera believes deeply that feeling at home in your hair is vital to leading a happy, productive lifestyle. That being said, one person can have many homes, and she ensures that each of her clients feel free to "redecorate." Meera's education at an organic salon, and subsequent apprenticeship at an alternative salon gave her a fundamental understanding of both ends of the spectrum, and how and where they may meet. Her knowledge of textiles, garment-making, and painting feed her passion for the soft sculpture medium we call hair. Meera loves the process as much as the product, especially off-kilter colors, hair "tattoos", bangs of all shapes and textures, and color correction. More than anything, she values finding out who her clients are, and who they want to be. Helping her clients feel like their best, most powerful selves is the only way to medicate her self-diagnosed Fairy Godmother Complex.
