A client’s salon experience is paramount to Modify. We value every client and their time. We do understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary - our salon coordinators are more than happy to cater to your scheduling needs.
We respectfully ask clients to confirm or reschedule/cancel their appointments 24 hours in advance. An e-mail and telephone confirmation will be sent at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. With emergencies serving as the exception, no shows and late cancellations are subject to a 50% fee of your scheduled appointment.
